Custom Tile Design in Miami, FL

Freire Builders LLC designs and installs custom tile for homeowners across Miami and South Florida. We handle the full process, from layout planning to finished installation, as a single father-and-son team.

Yes, we handle both design and installation so the same team that plans your layout completes the work. Homeowners in Miami and Fort Lauderdale get a single point of contact from the first design conversation to the last grout line.

We start with a design conversation where we learn about your space, style, and how the room is used. From there we move to layout planning, material selection, and then installation, with you involved at each decision point before work begins.

Custom tile design lets you control the pattern, scale, finish, and how materials combine across a surface, rather than selecting from what is already available. For Miami homeowners, that also means choosing materials specifically suited to local humidity and coastal conditions, not just what looks good in a showroom.

Yes, we walk you through past project examples during our initial design conversation so you can see how different layouts and finishes translate to real spaces. Homeowners across Coral Gables, Homestead, and the Florida Keys are welcome to reach out and start that conversation.

Porcelain and ceramic tiles are strong choices for Miami bathrooms and kitchens because they resist moisture and hold up in South Florida's heat and humidity. Large format tiles work well in open kitchen and bathroom layouts, while decorative custom looks suit backsplash and accent wall applications.
